Alvord ~ Mary Ella Weaver Marshall, 83, a retired teachers aide, went to be with our Lord Thursday, August 10, 2017 in Alvord.
Celebration of Life is 6:00 p.m. Wednesday, August 16, 2017 at Trinity Fellowship Church in Decatur, Texas. Graveside service at Levelland City Cemetery at 11:00 a.m. Friday August 18. Family will receive friends 9:00 a.m. Friday at the George Price Funeral home in Levelland, Texas.
Pastor Frankie Garcia and Rodney Marshall will officiate.
Mary was born on September 6, 1933 to William Clyde and Agnes (Patton) Weaver in Levelland, Texas. She was united in marriage to John Keith Marshall on July 6, 1951 in Levelland, Texas. Mary was a member of the Trinity Fellowship Church in Decatur.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; her son, Timothy Alan Marshall; her son in law, R.C. Cowan.
Those left behind to cherish her memory are her son, Rodney Marshall and wife Nancy of Champaign, Illinois, her daughter, YoVonna Cowan of Alvord; her grandson, Sonny Lance Wimberley of Alvord; her granddaughter, Sarah Lee of Vernon, Texas; her grandson, Joshua Marshall of Argyle, Texas; her grandsons, Ryan Cowan and wife Kerista, Tyler Cowan and wife Paige; her great grandchildren, Carson Lee and Cambree Lee, Ella, Kaitley, Finn Cowan; her daughter in law, Pamela Caldwell and Steve of Vernon; and a host of friends.
