Boyd ~ Mary Williams, 82, went to be with our Lord Friday, January 25, 2013 in Fort Worth.
Funeral is 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, January 30, 2013 at Christian-Hawkins Funeral Chapel in Boyd with burial in Boyd Cemetery. Family will receive friends 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
Rev. Ronnie Williams will officiate. Pallbearers include Jacky Smith, Ronnie Smith, Dickie Inman, Jeff Dickens, Joe Dickens, Barry Barber, Terry Barber, and Davis Barber.
Mary was born on February 19, 1930 to Thomas and Clara (Oates) Smith in Rhome, Texas. She was a co-owner for 26 years of Williams Western Tailors in Fort Worth.
Mary was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Herbert Williams, Sr. and her sister Frankie Bewley.
Those left behind to cherish her memory are her sons, Herby and Dooley Williams of Boyd; her granddaughter, Jennifer Thomas Williams of Fort Worth; her sister, Dorothy Hays of Fort Worth; other family members and a host of friends.
