Meg Irland

Funeral service will be 10 a.m. Monday at Victory Family Church in Decatur with burial in Sunset Cemetery. Matt Downey will officiate. Visitation will be from 6 - 8 P.M. Sunday at Coker-Hawkins Funeral Home.

Pallbearers: Jay Pinson, Tommy Miner, John Irland, Tom Miner, Kevin Flake, and Patrick Adair.

Meg was born November 16, 1981 in Bedford, Texas to Mark and Rebecca Miner Irland. She attended Grayson County Community College where she just received her associates degree. She was one of the biggest Dallas Stars fans you had ever met.

Left behind to cherish her memory are her parents, Mark and Becky Irland of Alvord; fiance', Ryan Pinson of Decatur; sister, Libby Stepp and husband Jason of Decatur; niece, Lexi Stepp of Decatur; grandparents, Lore Miner of Decatur and Don Irland of Colleyville; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and a host of friends!

She is preceded in death by her cousin, Sgt. Zachary Joe Walters; grandfather, Nelson Miner; grandmother, Margaret Irland; and uncle, Marty Irland.
