Decatur: Miles Cameron Kirbie, 22, went to be with our Lord Monday, September 27, 2010 in Decatur.
Memorial service is 3 p.m. Friday at the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary Catholic Church. Family will receive friends at 2 p.m. prior to service at the church.
Miles was born November 14, 1987 in Decatur to Matthew and Rhonda Phillips Kirbie. He was baptized at the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary Catholic Church.
Left behind to cherish his memory are parents, Matthew and Rhonda Kirbie of Decatur; sister, Melissa Renee Minor and husband, David of Decatur; two brothers, Mark Kirbie and wife, Amber of Paradise, Merrick Kirbie and wife, Megan of Decatur; grandmothers, Betty Phillips of The Colony and Rosemary Phillips of Brownwood; nieces, Madison, Maliah, Mikena, Mariah, Maci, and Mykah.
Miles was preceded in death by grandparents, Troy and Ann Kirbie and grandfather, John Phillips.

I just want to tell the family, how very sorry I am for their loss. Miles was such a neat kid and he had a loving family. My thoughts and prayers are with the family at this time. I pray that god will comfort their hearts and minds.
