Mr. Butler was born October 13, 1951, in Iowa City, Iowa to Harold Glenn Butler and Yvonne Belle Boyd.
Left behind to cherish his memory are his son, Jeremy Christopher Butler of Nebraska; brothers, James Butler of Georgia; Joe Butler of Mineral Wells; Melvin Boyd of Oklahoma; sisters, Rita Pierson of Minnesota; and Rose Woll of Ohio.
Memorial services will be held at a later date.
