Bridgeport ~ Nadine Cundiff Watkins, 83, a food service manager, went to with our Lord Friday, October 28, 2011 in Denton.
Graveside service is 2 p.m. Sunday, October 30, 2011 at East Bridgeport Cemetery. Family will receive friends at 12 p.m. Sunday at Hawkins Funeral Home in Bridgeport.
Rev. Gary Sessions will officiate.
Nadine was born on September 1, 1928 to Joseph and Frances (Barnett) Cundiff in Paducah, Texas. She was united in marriage to Doyle Watkins on December 29, 1946 in Anton, Texas. Doyle passed away on January 31, 2006. Nadine was the manager for Mr. Busters for 10 years.
She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband; her daughter, Linda Kay Crawford; her brothers, Bill Cundiff, Oren Cundiff, and Oneil Cundiff; and her sisters, Lillie McGrew, Cleo Burt, Ruby McGrew, Marcell Cundiff, and Lola Cundiff.
Those left behind to cherish her memory are her son, Mike Watkins and wife Becky of Sanger; her grandchildren, Belinda Watkins of Fort Worth, Kelli Sumners and Casey of San Angelo, Darrin Watkins and wife Felisha of Corsicana, Chad Bynum and wife Jennifer of Bridgeport; her great grandchildren, Zachary and wife Brooke, Raven, Kelsey, Kendall, Rebeckah, Billy, Shyanne, and Savana; her brother, Jack Cundiff; her sisters, Francis Davis and Marie Leister; other family members and a host of friends.
