Nellie was born to Stanley Maynard and Thelma Mae (Brown) McSpadden in Hubbard TX on September 20, 1933. She graduated from Boyd High School after moving to Boyd in 1942. Nelle was first and foremost a loving full-time mother to her children Nolan and Debbie. She was an founding member of Trinity Baptist Church, known for feeding numerous preachers and song leaders after church services with her amazing home cooked meals. Later she served as church secretary for many years. Her next step in life was to become business partners with her kids and the CEO of Warner Radio and Communications, Inc. While she preferred the backseat to the business, she was the backbone and the reason for the beginning of the growth and success of Warner Radio. She was the most giving and loving persons you could ever want to know. Her fear of not leaving anything to her children was extremely unfounded. But growing up in the depression era and struggling to make ends meet was not easy to overcome.

Nellie was most fortunate to be able to have her son Nolan live with her, and then Debbie, Steve and Grandson Denton after Nolan moved. Between Debbie and Denton, she was never alone and had Denton to help her every day from morning to night with meals, her meds and whatever else she could have wanted.

She had the kindest and most giving heart, which anyone that met her immediately saw. She will not only be missed by her family but by a huge host of friends.

Nellie was preceded in death by her Mother and Father, sisters Doris Mosley, Norma Beeson, brother John McSpadden. Those left behind to miss her every day are her sisters, Naomi Sipes of Boyd and Kay Payne and spouse Jerry of Boyd. Her son Nolan Warner and spouse Mason Jones of Lewisville, TX,  daughter Debbie Males and spouse Steve of Decatur, TX, Grandsons Dale Gilliam III and spouse Lauren of Weatherford, TX,  Denton Gilliam of Decatur TX, granddaughter Dawn Keller and spouse Thomas of Paradise and Bonus granddaughter Kelsey Milligan and spouse Kris of Lindsay OK. And the great grandkids that became the jewels of her life, Cameron and London Keller, Atlas and Griffon Gilliam and Isla Gilliam-Gray, Kiersten and Kambry Milligan. And her extra special 2nd son Les Farrington of Decatur.
