Paradise ~ Nick McCasland, 63, went to be with our Lord Sunday, August 15, 2021 in Weatherford, Texas.

Funeral Service is 10:30 a.m. Saturday, August 21, 2021 at Hawkins Funeral Home in Decatur with burial at Paradise Cemetery. Family will receive friends 6-8 p.m. at the funeral home.

Bro. Bill Hughes will officiate.

Pallbearers include Jordan McCasland, Michael Willard, Charlie Rasco, Randy Land, Bentley McCasland, Josh Rasco, and John Barbuscia.

Nick was born January 7, 1958 to Melvin Asberry and Nadine Viola (Swain) McCasland in Okemah, Oklahoma. Nick owned and operated Mobile Marine Texas, a boat and RV repair shop. He was a beloved father, grandfather, brother, uncle and friend to many who will miss him dearly.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Melvin and Nadine McCasland; a brother, Jay McCasland, and his sister, Londa McElwee.

Those left behind to cherish his memory are his sons, Heath McCasland, Jordan McCasland and Diana of Paradise; 4 daughters, Kyndall Willard and husband Michael of Paradise, Carressa McCasland and John of Paradise, Jewlya McCasland of Paradise, and Meagan McCasland; wife, Brooklyn McCasland of Paradise; 3 grandchildren, Bentley, Braylon, and Oakley; his sister, Rita Ogden; his brother, Roger McCasland; numerous extended family members, and a host of friends.
