Norma Lee Throckmorton

Boyd ~ Norma Lee Throckmorton, 75, a retired office manager, went to be with our Lord Tuesday, June 26, 2018 in Decatur.

Memorial service is 10:30 a.m. Saturday, July 7, 2018 at St. John The Baptizer Catholic Church in Bridgeport.

Father Thomas Dsouza will officiate.

Norma was born on November 29, 1942 to Ernest Lee and Dorothy Mae (Godsey) Harris in Weatherford, Texas. She was united in marriage to Edward C. Throckmorton on September 4, 1991 in Azle.

She was preceded in death by her parents; the father of her children, Merwin Ido; her husband, Edward Throckmorton; son, Boyd Randall “Randy” Ido; and her brother, Willie Harris.

Those left behind to cherish her memory are her daughter, Kim Ido of Bedford; her son, Brad Ido-Bruce of Dallas; son-in-law, Eric Ido-Bruce of Dallas; her grandson, Gregory Tallon of Maryland; her granddaughter, Leah Ido of Maryland; her great grandchildren, Lexie and Sophia of Maryland; her sisters, Millie Walker of Boyd and Linda Harris-Pryor and husband Ricky Pack of Boyd; her brothers, Bobby Harris and wife Patsy of Boyd and  Jerry Harris of Boyd; sister-in-law, Diane Harris of Bridgeport; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends.
