Oliver Dane Selby

Runaway Bay~ Oliver “Dane” Selby, 77, went to be with our Lord on Sunday, January 31, 2021 in Decatur.

No Service will be held at this time.

Oliver was born on July 30, 1943 to Dillard and Othella (York) Selby in Niles, California. He worked for Targa as a plant manager and loved golfing, fishing and spending time with grandkids.  Oliver was united in marriage to Cathy Ross on August 18, 1962 in Satanta, Kansas.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and his sister, Armenia Dougherty.

Those left behind to cherish his memory are his wife of 58 years, Cathy Selby of Runaway Bay; his sons, Bryan Selby and wife Carol of Hillsboro, California and Shane Selby and wife Denise of Chattanooga, Tennessee; 2 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; his brothers, Larry Selby and Keith Selby; numerous extended family members and a host of friends.
