Decatur ~ Omar Amador, 54, went to be with our Lord Monday, June 12, 2017 in Jonesboro, Arkansas.
Graveside is 11:00 a.m. Thursday, June 15, 2017 at Oaklawn Cemetery. Family will receive friends 6-8 p.m. Wednesday at Hawkins Funeral Home in Decatur.
Rev. Gerre Joiner will officiate. Pallbearers include Ryan Sergio Amador, Ernesto Breceda Jr., Jose Ramirez, Dale Simpson, Sergio Amador, and Steve Ford.
Omar was born on April 13, 1963 to Joaquin Amador and Ofelia (Ramos) Amador in San Miguel, Tamaulipas. Omar was a retired construction worker.
He was preceded in death by his father.
Those left behind to cherish his memory are his daughter, Stephanie Amador Ramirez of Chico; his son, Ryan Sergio Amador; his daughter, Summer Amador; his son, Jessie Amador; his son, Chase Bolin, all of Jonesboro, Arkansas; grandsons, Ernesto Breceda Jr., Adrian Omar Breceda, Andrew Breceda, all of Chico, Texas; his mother, Ofelia Amador of Palmview, Texas; 3 brothers and 5 sisters.
