Orville Ray Bollman

Funeral is 10:00 a.m. Saturday, June 9th at Hawkins Funeral Home Chapel in Bridgeport. Burial is 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, June 12th in the DFW National Cemetery, Dallas. Family will receive friends 6-8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.

Orville was born on September 16, 1944 to Joseph and Ada (Tompkins) Bollman in Chickasha, Oklahoma. He worked for the FAA as the resident engineer for the southwest region of the U.S. and as a construction inspector for Alliance Airport. Orville was also a master electrician. He was a proud veteran and served as an airman in the United States Navy.

Orville is preceded in death by his parents; his brothers, Odis and Elmer Bollman; and his sister, Geneva Chadwick.

Those left behind to cherish his memory are his daughter, Denise Harrison and husband Todd of Fort Worth; his sons, Joe Bollman and Bobby Bollman, both of Springtown; his grandchildren, Courtney Brooke Bollman McFadin, Chelsea Nicole Harrison, Samantha Emily Bollman, Madison Isabel Bollman, Clayton Todd Harrison, Christopher Colton Harrison, Conner Bailey Bollman, Jarrett Robert Bollman, and Chandler Justice Bollman; his great grandchild, Bradley Tanner McFadin; his brothers, Wade Bollman of Grapevine and Joe Bollman of Pennsylvania; his sisters, Clara Downs of Hattiesburg, Mississippi and Viola James of Chickasha, Oklahoma; other family members and a host of friends.
