KRUM -- Ottis Long, 80, a retired employee of the Denton Parks Department, died Monday, Jan. 2, 2006, in Denton. Graveside service: 2 p.m. Friday in Chico Cemetery. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home. Survivors: Wife, Nell Long; stepchildren, Benita Eberhart and husband, Jim, Pete Kelly and wife, Beth, and Daryl Kelly and wife, Michelle; nine stepgrandchildren; one stepgreat-grandchild; sister, Virginia Hunter; sister-in-law Marge Long Ellington; double cousins: Billy Bob and F.A. Simpson; numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
