Pablo R. Luevano

Boyd ~ Pablo R. Luevano, 86, went to be with our Lord, Friday, August 13, 2021.

Mass of Christian Burial is 10:00 a.m. Wednesday at the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary Catholic Church in Decatur with burial at Oaklawn Cemetery. Family will receive friends 6-8 p.m. Tuesday at Hawkins Funeral Home in Decatur with Rosary at 7:00 p.m.

Father Antony Reehan will officiate.

Pallbearers include Javier, Pablo, Eleazar, Nicolas, Edgar, and Hiram.

Pablo was born January 15, 1935 to J. Santos and Manuela (Rodriquez) Luevano in Palmas Altas, Jerez Zac. He was united in marriage November 2, 1994 to Predesvinda Contreras in Huntington Park, California. Pablo was a retired machinist after 28 years in the metal fabrication die cast industry. He was a beloved husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend to many who will miss him dearly.

He was preceded in death by his parents, J. Santos Luevano and Manuela Rodriquez; and brother, Pablo Luevano and wife, Maria Reyes Luevano and husband, Apolonio Luevano, Jose Angel Luevano and wife, and his son, Marcelo Luevano.

Those left behind to cherish his memory are his wife, Predesvinda Luevano; his children, Irene Enriquez and husband, Clara Inguanzo and husband, Javier Luevano and wife, Pablo Luevano, Jr., Virginia Luevano and husband, Eleazar Luevano, Nicolas Luevano, Etelvina Acosta and husband, Viviana Esquivel and husband, Alejandra Esquivel, Yvette Bonilla and husband, Sylvia Deits and husband, Edgar Luevano;  his siblings, Isabel Luevano and wife, Ma. Leonides Inguanzo and husband, and Ruben Luevano; many grandchildren; many great-grandchildren; extended family members and a host of friends.

El servicio funerario es a las 10:00 a.m. el miercoles 18 de Agosto de 2021 en la iglesia católica Assumption of our Blessed Virgin Mary en Decatur con entierro en Oaklawn Cemetery. La visita será el martes de las 6-8 p.m. en Hawkins funeral Home en Decatur con el rosario a las 7:00 p.m.

Pablo nacio el 15 de enero de 1935 a sus padres J. Santos y Manuela (Rodriquez) Luevano en Palmas Altas, Jerez Zac. Se unio en matrimonio con Predesvinda Contreras el 2 de noviembre de 1994 en Huntington Park, California. Pablo se retiro de mechanico despues de 28 anos en industra de funcicion a presion de fabricacion de metales. Fue un amado esposo, padre, abuelo, bis-abuelo, hermano, tio, y amigo a muchos que lo extrañaran.

El fue precedido en la muerte por sus padres, J. Santos Luevano y Manuela Rodriquez; y su hermano, Pablo Luevano y esposa, Maria Reyes Luevano y esposo, Apolonio Luevano, Jose Angel Luevano y esposa, y su hijo, Marcelo Luevano.

Los que se quedan atrás para atesorar su memoria son su esposa, Predesvinda Luevano; sus hijos, Irene Enriquez y esposo, Clara Inguanzo y esposo, Javier Luevano y esposa, Pablo Luevano, Jr., Virginia Luevano y esposo, Eleazar Luevano, Nicolas Luevano, Etelvina Acosta y eposo, Viviana Esquivel y esposo, Alejandra Esquivel, Yvette Bonilla y esposo, Sylvia Deits y esposo, Edgar Luevano; sus hermanos, Isabel Luevano y esposa, Ma.
