Pam Ellison

Chico ~ Pam Ellison, 70, of Chico, went to be with our Lord on Saturday, September 11, 2021 in Decatur.

Memorial Service will be 2:00 p.m. Saturday, September 18, 2021 at Hawkins Funeral Home Chapel in Bridgeport. Family will receive friends 1:00-2:00 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.

Pam was born November 2, 1950 in Aransas Pass, Texas. She was later adopted by her loving parents Charles and Marie (Whitley) Auburg.  Pam graduated high school in Spur, Texas.

She married Ray Ellison until his passing in 2002. Pam was a wife, homemaker, mother and good friend to many who will miss her.

Pam had a great love of all things in nature and often took her extensive rock, fossil and sea collections to local schools to do presentations for the students.  She loved to teach anyone about nature and our earth.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and her husband, Ray Ellison.

Those left behind to cherish her memory are her son, Charles Dunn and his wife Tammy of Crosbyton; her daughter, Sheila Christopher of Bridgeport; 6 grandchildren, Eddie Dunn, Ayla Foskey, Katie Dunn, Samuel Dunn, Brodie Christopher, and Riley Dunn; numerous extended family members and a host of friends.
