Paradise: Patricia (Pat) Ann Barnett, 65, went to be with our Lord Wednesday, January 12, 2011 in Decatur.
Funeral: 2 p.m. Saturday at Hawkins Funeral Chapel with burial in East Bridgeport Cemetery. Family will receive friends 6-8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
Rev. Richard Blair will officiate and Jack Watson will assist. Pallbearers are Jimmy Charles Williams, Hayden Ervin Williams, Hadley Reginald Williams, Harvard Peyton Williams, James Alpfonchus Brogan, and John Neal Brogan.
Pat was born on February 4, 1945 to Harvard and Mary (Richardson) McWilliams in Pittsburg, Texas. She married Charles Barnett on March 3, 1973 in Dallas. Pat was a co-owner of Charlie's Transmission and was a member at the First Baptist Church of Runaway Bay.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her brothers, Paul and Mickey McWilliams.
Those left behind to cherish her memory are her husband of 37 years, Charles Barnett of Paradise; her twin sons, Noel Harvard Williams and wife Jacque of Franklin, Kentucky and Loydd Ervin Williams and wife Bridget of Bridgeport; her grandchildren, J.C., Hayden, Hayley, Hadley, Harvard, Holden, and Hudson Williams; her brother, Red McWilliams and wife Asia Jane of Hawkins, Texas; numerous nieces and nephews; other relatives and a host of friends.

I am so sorry to hear of the passing of Pat. I always considered her a beautiful person and a really good friend. I had known her for about 25 years. She will be greatly missed.
