DECATUR----Patricia Carol Hazelwood, 61 went to be with our Lord on Friday, June 19, 2009 in Decatur.

Patricia was born on March 11, 1948 in Lewisville, the daughter of Royce Clifton and Mamie Jewell (Robertson) Meek. She married Jim Lewis Hazelwood on July 22, 1993 in Roanoke. Patricia was a home health caregiver. She was a Baptist.
She was preceded in death by her twin children, Reese Wayne and Lee Gordon Harrington, and her brothers, Bobby Gene Meek and Robert Wayne Meek.
Those left behind to cherish her memory are: her husband, Jim Hazelwood of Slidell; son, Wesley Jay Harrington of Slidell; sister, Barbara Empey of Slidell; and brother, Clay Clifton Meek of Slidell.
