Fort Worth ~ Patricia Sue Smith, 55, went to be with our Lord Thursday, May 13, 2021 in Fort Worth.

Graveside Service is 11:00 AM Friday at Thurmond-Fairview Cemetery. Family will receive friends 6-8 PM Thursday at Hawkins Funeral Home in Boyd. Lunch will follow the service at 12:30 PM at Chisolm Trail Church, 300 Chisholm Creek Pkwy, Rhome, Texas 76078.

Rev. James Mason will officiate.

Patricia was born on December 17, 1965 to David E. Smith and Peggy O’Neal in Torrance, California. She was a beloved mother, daughter, sister, and grandmother.

She was preceded in death by her father, David E. Smith; and her brother, David E. Smith.

Those left behind to cherish her memory are her 2 sons, Patrick Smith of Newark, and Sean Smith of Plano; her grandson, Seth Smith; her mother, Peggy O’Neil of Newark; 2 sisters, Margaret Doggett of Fort Worth, and Joanna Soliz of Fort Worth; several nieces, nephews, and extended family and friends.
