Decatur ~ Patsy "Pat" Winchell, 84, of Decatur went to be with our Lord Friday, October 13, 2017 in Decatur, Texas.
Funeral service is 11:00 a.m. Monday at Hawkins Funeral Home in Decatur with burial in Oaklawn Cemetery. Family will receive friends 2 - 4 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
Pallbearers include Ronnie Barnes Sr., Ronnie Barnes Jr., Buster Barnes, Logan Barnes, Dakota Smith, Ethan Barnes, Anthony Gildon, and Andrew Gildon.
Pat was born April 17, 1933 to Thomas and Agnes Lorene Simmons in Eastland County, Texas. She married Billy Ed Winchell who passed away on October 14, 1984.
Left behind to cherish her memory are 3 daughters, Debbie Justice and husband Terry of Decatur, Vicky Barnes and husband Ronnie of Decatur, and Belinda Caylor and husband Barry of Arlington; 3 sons, Ricky Winchell of Livingston, Texas, Mike Winchell of Decatur, Texas, and Joe Bill Winchell and wife Pat of Conroe, Texas; 11 grandchildren, Angela, Anthony, Andrew, Jeffrey, Buster, Amber, Lakrica, Ronnie Jr., Dylan, Mindy, and Shelly; numerous great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and a host of friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and siblings, Nomalee Spradling, Juanell Simmons, Rosco Simmons, Bobby Simmons, and Bill Simmons.
