The CELEBRATION OF LIFE SERVICE for Paul Meredith Seagraves, II, age 45, of Sulphur Springs, Texas, will be August 18, 2018 at 2:01 p.m. at Balsora Baptist Church, Bridgeport. Bro. Duane Perkinson of Burkburnett and Bro. Sonny Smith, Interim Pastor of Balsora Baptist will be officiants.

Paul, II went to be with his Savior and Lord on July 10, 2018. Paul was born on July 7, 1973 in Denton, Texas to his loving parents, Paul M. and Rosita L. Seagraves.

Paul II worked as Regional Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) Coordinator for South Texas, for E.ON Climate and Renewables North America. He had been with E.ON since March 2016. Paul worked in the Wind Energy Industry for many years.

He was a member of First Baptist Church, Sulphur Springs.

Paul, II received his Bachelor of Business Administration in Management on May 15, 1999 from Texas Tech University in Lubbock, Texas. While attending Tech, Paul worked as an Intern with A&M Agriculture Extension Office in Lubbock.

Upon graduation, Paul began his career in Dimmitt with Crop Quest as a pesticide inspector taking care of corn fields. From Dimmitt, he went to work for the Texas Boll Weevil Eradication Foundation, Inc. as a pesticide inspector. After leaving Boll Weevil, Paul began working for the Texas Department of Agriculture in Dallas January 2002. The family moved to Sulphur Springs in January of that same year. After TDA, Paul began a career in construction with M Hanna Construction, Sulphur Springs. His next employment was with LM Wind Power and Construction in Round Rock and Sweetwater. It was while he was with this company he received many certifications in construction safety. Paul then went solely into the Wind Farm Industry beginning as a contractor with Vestas, Mallory and Gamesa. From contracting, he began working for Enel Green Power out of Rome, Italy. After leaving Enel, he began with E.ON Climate and Renewables out of Hamburg, Germany. While in the Wind Farm Industry, Paul was invited to lead many Training Workshops and was the lead speaker for many Seminars. He was at the top of his field at the time of his death.

Paul married Brandy Lea Brown on May 25, 2001 at Westmoreland Baptist Church in Lubbock. She survives him as well as his daughters, Ralea Louise, Paige Meredith and Brook Lea Seagraves all of Sulphur Springs; a son, Derek Alexander Lamb, of Lubbock.

Also surviving are his parents, Paul and Rosita Seagraves of Bridgeport; his sister, Rasena Seagraves Parker and husband Keith of Temple.

his uncle, George Allan Bloom of Amarillo; uncles and aunts, William and Joann Seagraves Calmes of Aubrey and Donnie and Mary Seagraves of Humble.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Ancil L. and Okla P. Seagraves of Bridgeport and George A. and Louise J. Bloom of Amarillo. Also, his father-in-law, Lee Roy Brown Jr. of Mt. Home.

Paul leaves behind a host of other family and friends. He was a true friend to many and therefore had many, many friends he left behind. Paul, II will forever be missed by all who knew him!!
