Bowie ~ Penny Lynn Bilger, 54, went to be with our Lord Saturday, February 8, 2020 in Bowie.

Funeral is 2:00 p.m. Saturday, February, 15, 2020 at Hawkins Funeral Home in Boyd. Family will receive friends 6-8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.

Penny was born on July 4, 1965 to Brad and Catherine (Redmond) Bilger in Santa Monica, California. She worked in Home Health Services.

She was preceded in death by 2 fathers, Brad Bilger and Bobby Mullins; and her sister-in-law, Andrea Mullins.

Those left behind to cherish her memory are her daughter, Angela Wise of Lewisville; her sons, Matthew and Morgan Wise both of Boyd; 7 grandchildren, Dee, Andrew, Cross, DeeAnna, Donovan, Christian, and Nevaeh; her mother, Catherine Mullins of Boyd; 2 sisters, Janine Carder and husband Robert of Boyd; and Kimberly Bilger of Roanoke; 3 brothers, Richard Mullins of Boyd, Donald Mullins of Boyd, and Franklin Bilger of Austin; extended family and a host of friends.
