CHICO -- Perry Deering, 43, a truck driver passed away Sunday, Nov. 4, 2007, at home.
Funeral: 2 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 6, 2007 at Hawkins Funeral Chapel. Officiating: Rev. Luke Oyler. Interment: Jim Ned Cemetery. Visitation: The family will receive friends 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.

Perry was born March 21, 1964 in Bridgeport, TX to Clyde and Mary Maddux Deering. He was preceded in death by his father and 2 sets of grandparents.
Survivors: Son, Matthew Deering of Bridgeport; mother, Mary Price of Chico; brothers, Clyde Deering and John Deering both of Chico, Gary Deering and Robert Deering both of Bridgeport; sisters, Elaine Vislosky and Elizabeth Long both of Chico, Stella Davidson of Springtown and Sherrie Skelton of Bridgeport; stepbrothers, Danny Price of Chico and George Price of Wyoming; stepsister, Annette Price of Carrollton; numerous nieces, nephews and a host of friends.
