Graveside service is 11 a.m. Thursday, January 23rd at Oaklawn Cemetery in Decatur.
Phillip was born September 27, 1957 in Fort Worth, Texas to Billy Junior and Betty Sue Ames.
Left behind to cherish his memory are his father, Billy Brown of Decatur; two sisters, Reggie Muscara of Decatur and Doris Douglas of Kansas; brother, Bruce Barker of Fort Worth; and several nieces and nephews.
