Phyllis was born December 8, 1971 to Bill and Barbara (Hart) Hammons in Fort Worth, Texas. She married Bryan Russell on June 18, 1993 in Fort Worth. Phyllis was a cashier at Wal-Mart in Decatur.
Left behind to cherish her memory are her husband of 17 years, Bryan Russell of Newark; sons, Justin Creamer of Newark, Christopher Russell of Newark; daughters, Amanda Russell of Newark, Cassi Creamer of Venus; mother, Barbara Hammons of Fort Worth; sister, Tammy Baker of Venus; several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews; other relatives and a host of friends.
