Porfiria Zapata Garza

Porfiria Zapata Garza, 74, went to be with our Lord Monday, May 6th, 2024.

Porfiria was born November 8th, 1949 to Cruz Zapata and Josefa Garza in Ramos Arizpe, Coahuila, Mexico. She was united in marriage September 29th, 1971 to Raymundo Efrain de Leon Tampaz in Monterrey, Mexico. She was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and friend to many who will miss her dearly.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Porfiria Zapata Garza was survived by

her husband, Reymundo “Efraín” De León, her four children Reynaldo De León, Fabiola De León, Veronica De León, and Sandra De León. She was also survived by her four children-in-law, seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
