Fort Worth ~ Prentiss Dwayne Clark, 76, went to be with our Lord Sunday, January 15, 2017 in Fort Worth.
Graveside is 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, January 18, 2017 at Greenwood Cemetery. Family will receive friends 5-7 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
Steven Baxley will officiate. Pallbearers include Rusty Moore, Ron Gray, David Eckhardt, Tom Buckman, Tom Rutledge, and Phil Lumpkin.
Prentiss was born on June 3, 1940 to Francis and Iva (Phares) Clark in Antlers, Oklahoma. He was united in marriage to Anna Adell Howard on October 10, 1960 in Fort Worth. Prenitess worked at Bell Helicopter in maintenance for 33 years. He was a member of the Church of Christ.
He was preceded in death by his parents;
Those left behind to cherish his memory are his wife of 57 years, Anna Clark of Keller; his sons, Dennis Clark of Fort Worth, David Clark of Ft. Lauderdale, Florida; his daughters, Janice Carter of Fort Worth, Judy Pena of Fort Worth; 4 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren; his brother, Barney Clark of Fort Worth; his sister, Eula Mae Chappell of Oklahoma; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends.
