Visitation: 4 to 6 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. Survivors: Wife, Brenda Howell; twin sons, Chad and Chase Howell; daughters, Sharlyn Fagan and husband, Brad, and Danielle Howell; grandson, Trevor Howell; brothers, Phillip, Jack and Billy; and sisters, Margaret and Glenna.
