Randy Lawrence Ray

Decatur ~ Randy Lawrence Ray went to be with the Lord Sunday, April 13, 2024 in Southlake, Texas.

A Celebration of Life will take place at a later date.

Randy was born July 30, 1961 to George Lawrence and Peggy (Jernigan) Ray in Fort Worth. He was united in marriage to Cynthia Jones February 12, 1983 in N. Richland Hills. Randy went on to complete some college and then attended A&P School.  His chosen field was Aircraft Technician at American Airlines. Randy was a beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend to many who will miss him dearly.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Those left behind to cherish his memory are his wife of 41 years, Cindy Ray of Decatur; two sons, Joshua Ray of Decatur and Cody Ray and fiancé Deanna of San Angelo; his grandson, Ryker; his sister, Amber Schull and husband Denny of Keller; his nephew, Blayne Ray; his niece, Keeley Schull and her son, River; other children of the heart, Brian Barksdale, Amanda Melton, Kyle Price, and Cody Stalik; and extended family and many friends.
