PARADISE -- Ray Oscar Hebisen, 86, a retired military veteran, died Wednesday, April 4, 2007, in Decatur, Texas.
Funeral Service will be a private family service. Burial: Cottondale Cemetery. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Hawkins Funeral Home.
Ray was born in Wichita Falls, Texas to Oscar and Alma Hebisen. He married Vesta May Coffman on July 23, 1969 in Weatherford, Texas.
He served his country in the U.S. Army during World War II, the Korean War, and the Vietnam Conflict.
Survivors: Companion, Ruby Farley of Decatur; Sisters-in-law, Reba Drennan of Fort Worth and Frances Nesmith of Wichita Falls; numerous Nieces and Nephews, and a host of friends.
