Rebecca Lynn (Dahlmann) Waite

Decatur ~ Rebecca Lynn Waite, 75, went to be with our Lord Tuesday, February 2, 2021.

Celebration of Life will take place at a later date.

Rebecca was born August 12, 1945 to Nelson and Verna Bonita (Harvey) Dahlmann in Leesville, Louisiana. Rebecca was a retired clerical assistant in the medical field. She was a Luthern and belonged to the Loyal Order of Moose, the VFW, and American Legion.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Nelson and Verna Dahlmann, and her husband, John F. Waite, and beloved soulmate, Barry Foster.

Those left to cherish her memory are her daughter, Mindy Lynn Fisher and husband Brad of Decatur; her son, Charles Wayne Nichols of Seguin; her grandsons, Dillon Robert Fisher, Cody Robert Fisher, and Michael Wayne Nichols; her sister, Cindy Barnes and husband Mike of Ft.Worth; her brother, Nelson “Skip” Dahlmann and wife Marie of Georgetown; several nieces, and nephews, Austin and Cody Barnes, Justin and Matthew Dahlmann and Allyson Burns; and a host of friends.
