Richard Earl Corsey

Memorial Service is 10:30 a.m. Saturday, January 16, 2021 at Hawkins Funeral Home Chapel in Decatur.

Richard was born July 7, 1965 to Tommie Elizabeth Walker in Dallas, Texas. He graduated Poly Tech High School and was a musician and currently was the musician at New Home Baptist Church in Bonham, Texas. Richard proudly served our country in the National Guard. Richard also was the manager of Crossroads Blues Band.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Tommie Corsey.

Those left behind to cherish his memory are his wife, Cherry; daughter, Richelle Corsey and husband Mike LaCount of Mabank; grandchildren, Shannel Corsey and Charlotte LaCount; sister, Delores Walker of Anna; father, Clifford Mohair; numerous extended family and a host of friends and relatives.
