Richard Alan Ensey

Decatur ~ Richard Alan Ensey, 57, went to be with our Lord Friday, October 7, 2022.

Richard was born March 12, 1965 to Alan and Barbara (Woody) Ensey in Lubbock, Texas. He was in the oilfield industry in the Permian Basin, until his oilfield accident, disabling him. Richard’s passion for skydiving introduced him to photography and making videos of first-time tandem skydivers. He also was an avid chef in his own right. Richard was a beloved father, son, brother, uncle and friend to many who will miss him dearly.

Those left behind to cherish his memory are his daughter, Rumour Ensey and grandson Huxton  of San Antoinio; his mother, Barbara Cole and husband Scott of Decatur; his brothers, Russell Nichols and wife Sherri of Colorado City, and Stephan Ensey of Decatur; his nephew, Joshua Ensey and wife Elizabeth of Odessa; extended family members and a host of friends.
