Robert Newton "Bob" Bouchillon

Paradise ~ Robert Newton “Bob” Bouchillon, 85, went to be with our Lord Wednesday, October 13, 2021 in Denton.

Graveside service is 2 PM Sunday at Paradise cemetery. Family will receive friends 3-5 PM Saturday at Hawkins Funeral Home in Bridgeport.

Rev. Robert Haynes will officiate.

Robert was born on January 7, 1936 to Raymond Lee and Ruth Myrtle (Anderson) Bouchillon in Santa Anna, Texas. He was united in marriage to Audrey Dean Williams on December 24, 1964 in Bridgeport. He retired from BNSF as a clerk and was a member at First Baptist Church of Paradise. Robert was a beloved husband, father, uncle, grandfather, and great-grandfather.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Audrey Bouchillon; his son, Kerry; his sister, Charley May; and his parents.

Those left behind to cherish his memory are his daughter, Debra McKelvain and husband Randy of Alvord; 4 grandchildren, John Cody McKelvain and wife Crystal of Alvord, Casey McKelvain of Alvord, Taylor Smith and husband Sawyer of Roanoke, and Kelsi McKelvain of Alvord; 6 great-grandchildren; several nieces, nephews, and a host of friends.
