Robert Cartwright

Robert (Bob) Lee Cartwright Jr., 73, passed away Wednesday, November 27, 2019 at his home in Decatur.

Bob was born on August 29, 1946 to Robert Lee and Lahoma (Seabolt) Cartwright in Decatur.  He proudly served our country in the United States Army.  He retired from Bell Helicopter as a Technical Publications Logistics engineer after 22 years.

Those left behind to cherish his memory are sons, Russell (Tami) of Ft. Worth, Zachary of Dallas and Yuri Hohman (Jocie) of Elizabethtown, KY; 4 grandchildren and 3 great grands; mother, Lahoma, sisters Becky Wilson (Willie) of Yuma, AZ, Lisa Klopp (Frank) of Ramona, CA, Janell Cartwright of Bridgeport; loving ex-wife Melony Cartwright; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of friends.

Graveside services will be Saturday, January 11, 2020 at 2:00 pm at Oaklawn Cemetery.

There will be a Celebration of Life immediately following at the Decatur Conference Center.
