Robert was born October 30, 1941 to Earl and Ellen (Stewart) Trent in Sneedville, Tennessee. He was united in marriage to Jeane Giles in April of 1962. Robert retired from Bell Helicopter after 40 years as a quality assurance manager and he was a veteran that proudly served in the United States Air Force. He was a beloved husband, father, brother and friend to many.

He is preceded in death by his parents Earl and Ellen Trent.

Those left behind to cherish his memory are his wife of 60 years, Jeane Trent of Paradise; 2 sons, Brett Trent and wife Peggy of Haslet and Dennis Trent and wife Natasha of Fort Worth; his brother David Trent; his sisters Phyllis Meyers, Beatrice Wallace, and Euna Francisco; numerous Family and a host of friends.
