Robert "Bill" William Penn Jr.

Alvord ~ Robert William “Bill” Penn Jr., 64, went to be with our Lord Sunday, August 2, 2020.

Bill was born April 30, 1956 to Robert William Jr. and Edna (Lumley) Penn in Fort Worth, Texas. He was united in marriage to Vada Ruth Snow at Bethel Baptist Church in Alvord and was retired from residential construction.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Those left to cherish his memory are his wife, Vada Ruth Snow of Alvord; his daughter, Jessica Menchaca and husband Frank of Alvord; his sons, Nathan Ruddick of Greenwood and Robert Lee Penn of Florida; 8 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; his sisters, Judy Wyche and Patricia Jackson Rice; numerous extended family and a host of friends.
