Robert "Bob" Eugene Huggins

Decatur ~ Robert Eugene Huggins, 85, went to be with our Lord Sunday, July 26, 2020.

Bob was born October 8, 1934 to Ervin and Amelia (Stone) Huggins in Indianapolis, Indiana. He was united in marriage September 13, 1969 to Sandra Kay Dewey in Indianapolis, Indiana. Bob was a retired maintenance Foreman for U.T. Health Science Center. He proudly served our country in the United States Navy.

He was preceded in death by his father, Ervin Huggins; his mother, Amelia

Huggins; his step-dad, Coley Byrd; his brother, Harvey Huggins.

Those left to cherish his memory are his wife of 50 years, Sandra Huggins of Decatur; his sons, Tony Huggins and wife of California, and Carl Huggins of Indiana; his sisters, Denise Howell and Jackie Schmidt; his step-son, Gary Lee Gaskin and wife Deborah of Royce City; extended family and a host of friends.
