Bridgeport ~ Robin “Rockin Robin” Gosvener, 59, a bartender, went to be with our Lord Sunday, March 23, 2014 in Plano.
Funeral is 2:00 p.m. Saturday, March 29, 2014 at Hawkins Funeral Home Chapel in Bridgeport. Family will receive friends 6-8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
Bro. Doc Rogers will officiate.
Robin was born on March 30, 1954 to John and Antoinette (Vonomo) Ruth in Niles, Michigan. She was united in marriage to John Gosvener on May 6, 2005 in Bridgeport. Robin was a bartender at Red’s Take 5 in Bridgeport.
She was preceded in death by her father, John Ruth; and her daughter, Andrea Noecker.
Those left behind to cherish her memory are her husband, John Gosvener of Archer City; her daughters, Amy Noecker of Fort Worth, Alisa Smith of Bridgeport, Arika Rodriguez of Bridgeport; her grandchildren, Vincent, Nicholas, Dante, Ethan, Candice, Christopher, Antonio, Abel, Joss and Mason; her mother, Toni Ruth of Michigan; her brothers, Danny Ruth, Scott Ruth and Rodney Ruth; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends.
