Paradise ~ Rodney Galen Holden, 66, a retired mechanic, went to be with our Lord Wednesday, August 10, 2016 in Waxahachie.
Memorial service is 1:00 p.m. Saturday at Hawkins Funeral Home Chapel in Bridgeport.
Robert Long will officiate.
Rodney was born on October 29, 1949 to J.W. Hill and Marcel Holden in Seymour, Texas. He was a mechanic for the Texas Department of Transportation until his retirement.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Those left behind to cherish his memory are his son, James Holden and wife Tami; his daughter, Rena Howard and husband Michael; his stepdaughter, Alisha Collins and husband Matt; his grandchildren, Rebecca and Colton Unger, Makaylah Holden and Brent Holyfield, Corbin Collins, Felicia Skeldon, and Preston Seals; his great-grandchildren, Ziona, Emerald, and Colbi; other family members and a host of friends.
