Roger Eugene Hunt

Rhome ~ Roger Eugene Hunt, 63, went to be with our Lord Friday, January 1, 2021.

Memorial Graveside Service is 2:30 p.m. Monday, January 18, 2021 at DFW National Cemetery.

Roger was born April 14, 1957 to Charles and Martha Ella (Renfrow) Hottle in Kansas City, Kansas. He was united in marriage April 17, 1993 to Julie Christine Anderson in Cincinnati, Ohio. Roger was a huge Kansas City Chiefs fan. He was a retired FIOS technician. Roger proudly served our country in the United States Marine Corps for 11 years.

He was preceded in death by his father, Nathan Andrew Hunt; and his mother,  Martha Ella Renfrow.

Those left behind to cherish his memory are his wife of 27 years, Julie Christine Hunt of Rhome; his daughter, Victoria Christine Brito of Lake Dallas; his sons, Jordan Michael Hunt of Plano, and Richard Alan Hunt of Cherry Point, North Carolina; his nephew, Brian William Anderson of Grapevine; 2 grandchildren, Christopher Adrian and Ella Christine; his 2 brothers, Bruce Edward Hunt and Jeff Brian Hunt; numerous extended family and a host of friends.
