DECATUR -- Ronald Wayne Chapman, 60, a retired Insurance Agent, went to be with our Lord on Friday, February 26, 2010 in Decatur.
Funeral: 1 p.m., Monday, March 1, 2010 at Hawkins Funeral Chapel. Family will receive friends 4-6 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
Ronald Wayne Chapman was born on October 30, 1949 the son of Ferrell and Clara (Massey) Chapman in Dallas, Texas. He married Debbie Brookshire on July 1, 1995 in Lake Bridgeport. He was an Insurance Agent for Ron Chapman Insurance. Ron was a member of The National Cutting Horse Association as well as being a Pilot.
Ron was preceded in death by his parents, Ferrel and Clara.
Those left behind to cherish his memory: wife, Debbie Chapman of Decatur; son, Barry Chapman of Decatur; daughter, Brandie Willis and husband, Chris of Colleyville; grandson: Jerred McEntire; granddaughter; KaeLee Willis; grandson on the way, Lain Willis; brother: Donald Ray Chapman and wife Shrea; Nephews: Kory and Chase.
