Rosa Rebecca (Zachary) Lopez

Rhome ~ Rosa Rebecca Lopez, 80, went to be with our Lord Wednesday, January 31, 2024.

Rosa was born March 14, 1943 to William and Georgia (Miller) Zachary in Port Lavaca, Texas. She was united in marriage April 8, 1971 to Miguel Angel Lopez in Rockwall, Texas. Rosa was a retired Children’s Church Infant Teacher. She was a beloved mother, sister, aunt and friend to many, Rosa was a spiritual mother and grandmother…grandma Gammy to many children, all will miss her dearly.

She was preceded in death by her parents, William and Georgia Zachary; and her husband Miguel Lopez; a sister; and 2 brothers.

Those left behind to cherish her memory are her daughter, Robin Lopez of Rhome; her son, Erik Lopez of Rhome; a sister, Willie Mae Keeble of Winnsboro; extended family members and a host of friends.
