Ruth Ann (Watson) Daniells

Rhome ~ Ruth Ann Daniells, 68, went to be with our Lord Tuesday, August 16, 2022.

Funeral is 10:00 a.m. Saturday, August 20, 2022 at Hawkins Funeral Home in Decatur. Family will receive friends 1 hour prior to the service at the funeral home.

Ruth was born on June 6, 1954 to Charles and Uva (Dell) Watson in Greenville, Texas. She was united in marriage May 5, 1988 to Jerry Morris Daniells in Ft. Worth, Texas. Ruth retired from the City of Haltom City, then worked as a Real Estate Agent for 8 years. She then found her true calling, that she loved to do, and worked as a Caregiver for the past 5 years where she formed a close bond with Dee Day, the person she cared for, her little dog Odie and with Dee’s sisters.

Ruth was a loving, kind, gentle person that enjoyed planting flowers around her house in the Spring. She kept out food for the birds and squirrels in her yard. Ruth enjoyed sitting in her backyard and watching the rabbits play, she would talk to the rabbits and hummingbirds as they would come within inches of her. Ruth was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, aunt and friend to many who will miss her dearly. She dearly loved her family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her father, Charles Watson and her mother, Uva Dell Tice.

Those left behind to cherish her memory are her husband of 34 years, Jerry Daniells; her son, Paul Daniells and wife Sarah of Ft. Worth, and daughter Amber Bolin and husband Jarrod of Malvern, Arkansas; 4 grandchildren, Kelsey Daniells, Jacob Daniells, and Zachary Daniells of Ft. Worth, and Lane Bolin of Malvern, Arkansas; 1 great-granddaughter, Hadlee Bolin of Malvern, Arkansas; her sisters, Joanie Nauman and husband Jeff, Kimberly Evans and husband Bryan; her brothers, Rick Watson, Mike Tice and wife Paula, Bill Tice, and Larry Tice and wife Brenda; a great number of nieces, nephews and a host of friends.
