BRIDGEPORT -- Sandra Keener, 63, a homemaker went to be with our Lord on Wednesday, Feb. 18, 2009 in Bridgeport.
Memorial Service: 1 p.m. Friday at Hawkins Funeral Chapel.
Sandra was born on October 18, 1945, the daughter of Henry T. and Bessie Barnett (Bohannon) Dixon in Big Spring, Texas. She married Billy Charles Keener on May 28, 1968 in Big Spring. He preceded her in death on Oct. 5, 1990.
Sandra was a member of the Association of Handicapped Artist.
Those left behind to cherish her memory are: her niece, Suzanne Johnson Buvinghausen; her nephews, Michael Johnson, Sr., Jimmy Johnson, Jr., Robert Johnson, Douglas Johnson, Jr., and Brian Dixon; numerous extended family members; and a host of friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Heart Association, Cancer Society, or American Paralysis Foundation.
