Sandy Brashear Jenkins

Funeral is 2 p.m. Monday, July 16th at Coker-Hawkins Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Alan Bates officiating. Family will receive friends 5-7 p.m. Sunday at Coker-Hawkins Funeral Home.

Sandy was born on September 16, 1941 in Decatur to Weldon and Mildred (Barlow) Brashear. She was united in marriage to Bob Jenkins in 1972 in Henrietta, Texas. Sandy loved gardening and was a member of the Victory Family Church.

Left behind to cherish her memory are daughter, Keela Ti Miller of Rhome; two sons, Shane Leedon Jenkins of Fort Worth, Mark Brynn VanWinkle of Decatur; 12 grandchildren; 1 great-grandson and 1 great-godddaughter; other relatives and a host of friends.

Sandy was preceded in death by her husband, Bill VanWinkle.
