Decatur: Sarah Moss Wise, 49, of Sunset went to be with our Lord on Saturday, February 11, in Decatur, Texas.
Funeral service is 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Coker-Hawkins Funeral Home Chapel with burial in Alvord Cemetery. Family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. Wednesday at the Coker-Hawkins Funeral Home.
Pallbearers include Brandon Moss, Ryan Phillips, Danny Grant, Tracy Harvey, Jason Michael, Bobby Franklin, Dale Houston, and Andrew Franklin.
Sarah was born September 24, 1962 in Decatur, Texas to Thomas and Bonnie (Tucker) Moss. She was united in marriage to John William Wise on June 6, 2003 in Alvord Texas and worked as a Telemetry Tech for Wise Regional Health Systems.
Left behind to cherish her memory is her husband of 10 years, John Wise of Sunset; son, Brandon Moss of Alvord; 4 daughters, Kaleta Phillips and husband Ryan of Alvord, Rachael Houston and husband Dale of Park Springs, Ami Harvey and husband Tracy of Decatur, and Anna Hill and husband Homer of Forestburg; mother, Bonnie Moss of Decatur; 16 grandchildren; 5 sisters, Deanna Nelson, Gladys Smith, Deborah Franklin, Patricia Billington, and Katherine Buggar; brother, Danny Grant; numerous nieces, nephews, and a host of friends.
Sarah was preceded in death by her father, Thomas Moss; mother-in-law, Ann Lay; and a brother-in-law, Sunny Wise.
