Chico ~ Shauna Birdsall Kozak, 44, a teacher, went to be with our Lord Monday, July 4, 2016 in Chico.

Shauna was born on April 3, 1972 to Michael and Sarah (Wilkes) Birdsall in New Orleans, Louisiana. She was a teacher for Boyd ISD.
She was preceded in death by her father, Michael Birdsall.
Those left behind to cherish her memory are her daughters, Macy Kozak of Chico and Maggie Kozak of Chico; her son, Caleb Kozak of Chico; her mother, Sally Birdsall of Chico; her brother, Steve Birdsall of Chico; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, other family members and a host of friends.
