Sheryl Greene

Memorial service is 2:00 p.m. Saturday, December 3rd at Coker-Hawkins Funeral Home in Decatur.

Sheryl was born November 19, 1959 in Dallas, Texas to Jerry Neal and Mary Jane (Nyenhuis) Sewell. She attended Decatur High School and University of North Texas.

Sheryl was united in marriage to Joseph Greene, Jr. on October 31, 1985 in Gonzales, Louisiana. She was a homemaker, enjoyed working with stained glass, and had a green thumb.

Sheryl was preceded in death by her father Jerry Sewell.

Left behind to cherish her memory are her husband, Joseph Lee Greene, Jr. of Tulsa, Oklahoma; her sons, Joseph Lee Greene, III and fiance Erin Watts, Bradyn Greene of Kiefer, Oklahoma; her mother, Mary Jane Sewell of Dallas; her brother, Terry Sewell and wife Tricia of Denton; and other family members and friends.

Dear Joe, Joseph and family,
It was with great sadness that we learned of Sheryl's passing.
She was a wonderful lady with a great smile who could light up the room.
