Shirley Mae (Alcorn) Russell

Decatur ~ Shirley Mae Russell, 81, a retired caretaker, went to be with our Lord Tuesday, September 4, 2018 in Decatur.

Memorial is 2:00 p.m. Saturday, September 29, 2018 at Hawkins Funeral Home Chapel in Decatur.

Shirley was born April 26, 1937 to John and Levada (Burch) Alcorn in Liberty.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her first husband, Edmond Olinick; her second husband, Clifton Russell; and her grandson, Kevin Patrick Olinick.

Those left behind to cherish her memory are her daughters, Kimberly Peyton and husband Matthew of Decatur, Kristi Lauritzen and husband Chris of Fort Worth, and Kathleen Stephenson and husband Randy of Florida; her son, David Olinick and wife Julie of Granbury; her grandchildren, Jeremy, Cody, Daniel, Tiffany, William, Emma, Zachary, Jake, Keith, and Kellie; her great grandchildren, Maddy, Taytum, Teagan, Grayson, Karter, and Journie; her great-great grandchildren, Karson, Bailey, and Kendrix; her sister, Loretta Burwick; numerous nieces, nephews, and a host of friends.
