Shirley Lou (Ritchmond) Wolfe

Boyd ~ Shirley Wolfe, 78, a retired nurse, went to be with our Lord, Wednesday, August 15, 2018 in Boyd.

Funeral is 10:00 a.m. Saturday at Pleasant Grove Baptist Church with burial in Pleasant Grove Cemetery #2 in Keeter.  Family will receive friends 6-8 p.m. Friday at Hawkins Funeral Home in Boyd.

Rev. Terry Terry will officiate.  Pallbearers include Levi Wolfe, Doug Latham, Billy Don Ritchmond, Chris Wolfe, Anthony Perez, and Chris Nelon.  Honorary pallbearers are Kennith McCauley and Bryon Latham.

Shirley was born May 11, 1940 to H.O. and Elizabeth (Davis) Ritchmond in Fort Worth.  She was united in marriage to George Wolfe on May 5, 1958 in Gainsville.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her son, Jimmy Charles Wolfe, and her grandson, Casey Sean Wolfe.

Those left behind to cherish her memory are her husband of 60 years, George Wolfe of Boyd; her daughter, Sharon Nelon of Texarkansas; her sons, Clint Wolfe and wife Evelyn of Boyd and Levi Wolfe and wife Kimberly of Boyd; her six grandchildren; her 11 great grandchildren; her three sisters; her brother; numerous nieces, nephews, and a host of friends.
